Behavioral Parent Training

This free workshop is led by Dr. Stephanie Lee, PsyD, Licensed Psychologist and certified PCIT provider. Dr. Lee is a former Senior Director at the ADHD & Behavior Disorder Center at the Child Mind Institute and brings over 15 years of experience helping parents confidently manage challenging behaviors and build stronger family connections.

DBT Emotional Regulation

Skills and Process Group

This DBT Emotional Regulation Skills and Process Group is a structured, skills-based group for adults seeking support in managing intense emotions, reducing emotional reactivity, and improving interpersonal effectiveness. Grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the group integrates evidence-based skills training with process-oriented discussion, providing participants with practical tools and a supportive environment to explore emotional experiences, strengthen coping strategies, and foster meaningful personal growth.

Participants will learn practical coping strategies for regulating overwhelming emotions, increasing present-moment awareness, and responding more effectively to distressing thoughts, urges, and relational stressors. Weekly sessions incorporate mindfulness practices, DBT emotion regulation and distress tolerance skills, and opportunities for reflection, feedback, and real-life application.

Start Date: June 22nd, 2026

Schedule: Mondays at 7:00pm (Virtual via Zoom)

Succeeding with ADHD:

Module 1: Executive Functioning

This 8-week group offers a supportive and skill-building space for adults (18+) navigating the day-to-day challenges of ADHD, including difficulties with focus, time management, task initiation, and follow-through.

Through a blend of psychoeducation, practical strategies, and group processing, participants will explore how ADHD shows up in their daily lives and learn evidence-based techniques to improve attention, reduce overwhelm, and build sustainable habits. Weekly 60-minute sessions focus on strengthening executive functioning through topics like environment and routine design, time blindness and procrastination, task initiation and motivation, distraction management, and working memory.

By learning and processing in community, members gain tools, insight, and confidence to better manage their ADHD and create systems that actually work for them.

Module 2: Self Regulation

& Emotional Attunement

This 8-week group offers a supportive and depth-oriented space for adults (18+) ready to explore the emotional and relational side of ADHD, including rejection sensitivity, emotional flooding, shame, and the impact of ADHD on relationships at home, in friendships, and at work.

Through a blend of psychoeducation, nervous system regulation tools, and group processing, participants will examine how ADHD shapes their inner experience and learn evidence-based skills for navigating intense emotions, building self-compassion, and communicating more effectively in their closest relationships. Weekly 60-minute sessions focus on emotional awareness, RSD and inner self-talk, distress tolerance, dysregulation versus trauma responses, romantic and family relationships, friendships and loneliness, and workplace communication.

By learning and processing in community, members gain language for their experience, develop more sustainable ways of regulating, and build relationships with themselves and others that feel honest and steady.
