OCD Group Therapy

An ERP Skills & Process Group for Adults

This 8-week group offers a supportive and skill-building space for adults (18+) living with OCD who have completed prior treatment with Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) or who experience mild symptoms and are looking to maintain progress.

Through a blend of psychoeducation, practical strategies, and group processing, participants will strengthen relapse prevention skills, build emotional flexibility, and learn to manage intrusive thoughts and compulsive urges. Weekly 60-minute sessions focus on tolerating uncertainty, reducing rituals, and creating sustainable routines that support ongoing recovery.

By learning and processing in community, members gain tools, insight, and connection to help them navigate daily triggers and reinforce their commitment to change.

Succeeding with ADHD

This 10-week group offers a supportive and skill-building space for adults (18+) navigating the challenges of ADHD—including difficulties with focus, time management, emotional regulation, and follow-through.

Through a blend of psychoeducation, practical strategies, and group processing, participants will explore how ADHD shows up in their daily lives and learn evidence-based techniques to improve attention, reduce overwhelm, and build sustainable habits. Weekly 60-minute sessions focus on strengthening executive functioning through topics like task initiation, memory, distraction management, and motivation.

By learning and processing in community, members gain tools, insight, and confidence to better manage their ADHD and create systems that work for them.

A Focus-Centered Skills & Process Group for Adults

Childhood Trauma Group Therapy

This 15-week group offers a supportive and empowering space for adults (18+) who experienced trauma in childhood—including emotional, physical, or sexual abuse, neglect, or relational harm from caregivers, family members, or peers.

Through a blend of psychoeducation, structured activities, and group processing, participants will explore how trauma has shaped their self-concept, coping strategies, and relationships. Weekly 50-minute sessions focus on building skills around boundaries, communication, emotional regulation, and healthier interpersonal dynamics.

By connecting with others who share similar experiences, members can reduce shame, build clarity, and feel more empowered in their healing journey.

Intimate Partner Violence

Support Group

This 12-week, trauma-informed group is designed for adults who have experienced intimate partner violence—including those impacted by patterns of abuse in their family of origin. Limited to 6–8 participants, the group provides a safe and confidential space to process experiences, understand the effects of trauma on the mind and body, and learn skills for healing and empowerment.

Each weekly session incorporates psychoeducation, mindfulness, communication and boundary-setting practice, safety planning, and self-care strategies. By combining support and skill-building, the group helps participants strengthen resilience, reclaim a sense of safety, and foster healthier relationships.
