Community Building &

Social Anxiety Group 

Our Community Building and Social Anxiety Support Group is a 10-week support group for individuals experiencing social anxiety, combining psychoeducation, practical skill-building, and peer support. Participants will engage in a welcoming support group for people experiencing social anxiety, focused on building confidence, connection, and a sense of belonging. Through shared experiences, gentle discussions, and supportive activities, members can practice social skills, reduce isolation, and grow together in a safe, non-judgmental community.

Next group begins: Monday, April 13, 2026, at 7pm

Location: Virtual, for Adults Located in NY and NJ

Skills and Process Group

This DBT Distress Tolerance Skills and Process Group is a structured, skills-focused group for adults seeking support in navigating crisis situations, tolerating emotional pain, and reducing impulsive or harmful reactions during periods of intense distress. Grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the group combines evidence-based skills training with process-oriented discussion in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Participants will learn practical strategies for surviving difficult moments without making situations worse, increasing resilience during emotional crises, and developing greater acceptance of painful experiences. Weekly sessions incorporate mindfulness practices, DBT distress tolerance skills, and opportunities for reflection, feedback, and real-life application, helping participants build the capacity to manage overwhelming emotions while maintaining stability and effective functioning

Schedule: Wednesdays at 7:00 PM (Virtual via Zoom)

DBT Emotional Regulation

Skills and Process Group

This DBT Emotional Regulation Skills and Process Group is a structured, skills-focused group for adults seeking support in managing intense emotions, reducing reactivity, and navigating interpersonal challenges. Grounded in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the group combines evidence-based skills training with process-oriented discussion in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Participants will learn practical coping strategies for regulating overwhelming emotions, increasing present-moment awareness, and responding more effectively to distressing thoughts, urges, and relational stressors. Weekly sessions incorporate mindfulness practices, DBT emotion regulation and distress tolerance skills, and opportunities for reflection, feedback, and real-life application.

Schedule: Wednesdays at 7:30 PM (Virtual via Zoom)

Succeeding with ADHD

This 8-week group offers a supportive and skill-building space for adults (18+) navigating the challenges of ADHD—including difficulties with focus, time management, emotional regulation, and follow-through.

Through a blend of psychoeducation, practical strategies, and group processing, participants will explore how ADHD shows up in their daily lives and learn evidence-based techniques to improve attention, reduce overwhelm, and build sustainable habits. Weekly 60-minute sessions focus on strengthening executive functioning through topics like task initiation, memory, distraction management, and motivation.

By learning and processing in community, members gain tools, insight, and confidence to better manage their ADHD and create systems that work for them.
