Clinical Psychologist and Director of Only Connect Psychological Services

ABOUT

I am a psychodynamically and EFT trained therapist specializing in helping individuals and couples better understand themselves, their relationships, and the emotional patterns that shape their lives. I work with clients navigating childhood trauma, attachment wounds, relational conflict, emotional dysregulation, and questions of identity and sense of self. My goal is to help clients move from feeling stuck in repetitive patterns toward greater clarity, flexibility, and emotional stability.

Born in London, and having spent the first part of my career in investment banking and  finance, I  bring a unique perspective to professionals managing stress, ambition, and work–life balance. As a post-doc, I continued my training in Transference Focused Therapy, at the Columbia University Center for Psychoanalytic Training and Research, focusing on personality disorders, a transformative evidence based treatment geared towards clients diagnosed with borderline personality disorder.

My approach is integrative and responsive to each client’s needs. While my foundation is grounded in attachment theory and object relations, my therapeutic lens is wide and multilayered drawing from CBT, Client centered therapy and narrative therapy to both heal the past and empower the present and future.

In addition to working with clients who struggle with dysregulation, my area of focus currently is working with high-conflict couples struggling with communication, emotional and sexual intimacy, infidelity, infertility and high stress jobs that impact the relationship.

Across all modalities, my core philosophy is deeply compassionate care, modeling healthy attachment and boundaries. This results in clients feeling bathed in safety, authenticity and positive, unconditional regard , combining insight-oriented exploration with practical tools that support meaningful change.

When I am not providing therapeutic care, I am leading a team of 30 plus clinicians, training, supervising and empowering them to rise from supportive, “good enough” care and join me in offering exceptional, “life transforming” care.

I am in network with Aetna for individual therapy and OOP for couples and family therapy. I also offer a limited number of other commercial insurance spots in our training clinic.
