I have worked with individuals with trauma, thought disorders, depression and anxiety as well as personal growth and insight seeking individuals. I am also trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and trained to provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

I am an MHC-Intern, practicing in New York State. I provide services via telehealth and am passionate about working with people of all racial, ethnic, and national backgrounds as well individuals from the LGBTQ+ community. I use Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT) techniques and Motivational Interviewing (MI) techniques, and have a fascination for existential psychology and philosophy, so if you are the sort of person who finds themselves questioning the meaning of life and things of that nature, I am someone who would be excited to explore those issues with you and provide support in guidance in the pursuit of self-expression and identity exploration.
