About

As one of two team leads for new client accounts and account management, I oversee a team of account managers who are the first point of contact for clients seeking therapy, and may feel overwhelmed by the financial and practical aspects of setting up an account. 

We understand this anxiety, and the brave steps each client has taken to get to this point, and my goal is to lead my team in providing accurate benefit verification, and smooth onboarding with patience, compassion and respect.

Once the account is cleared for intake, I oversee any claim queries, unexpected charges and offer payment plans if needed to resolve unexpected costs. Our goal is to provide accurate initial cost estimates, updates to any changes in claim payments and or denials, and responsiveness by email and or phone to address problems in real time.

I am often the first point of contact for clients, providing guidance, answering questions, and helping them feel comfortable before they begin working with a clinician. We want you to experience the same compassionate care in the practical details as you do when entering the therapy space.
