Hi, I’m Tahlitha, part of the new client onboarding and client account management team, focused on creating a smooth and expedient onboarding experience for all new clients, and existing clients alike. I am driven by a singular passion: ensuring that mental health support is accessible, transparent, and easy to navigate. My key role is to ensure clients  feel supported, organized, and empowered, streamlining the process as much as possible, so the goals of getting each client into the therapeutic space is achieved, and they know they can rely on us to do all the heavy lifting in the background.

I am truly honored to serve as a link in the chain that connects people to the support they need, and I look forward to growing alongside this dedicated team as we continue to redefine what supportive care looks like. My goal is to ensure that both clinicians and patients can focus on what truly matters: the journey toward well-being.
