Hi! I’m Susan, I head the claims department for both the behavioral mental health and the psychiatric  mental health providers. I am dedicated to ensuring that we provide the most accurate insurance benefits cost estimate ahead of you beginning treatment, and updating the account management team if claims are processed in a way that differs from the original estimate they provided.

Only Connect Psychological Services’ exceptional care mission statement extends to the back office support and the claims department. Our goal is to process claims as quickly as possible, and to update you as soon as you reach your deductible and or out of pocket max, so that we can minimize your out of pocket payments.

As head of claims, I go to bat for each client when it comes to fighting for your benefits, and we frequently resubmit claims several times in order to make sure you get as much of your cost covered as possible. When there are gaps in coverage, I work to ensure a clear communication is provided from the account support team, in a timely fashion so that clients have the choice about how they would like to proceed.

At Only Connect Psychological Services we all work as a team, from your provider through your account support manager, all the way to my team in claims, so that we can make sure you have access, transparency, clear communication and direct access to anyone in the team.
