My role as a Support Liaison is to ensure the operational side of our practice runs seamlessly by managing the essential behind the scenes administration that supports our clinical team and clients after therapy begins. I specialize in resolving complex billing and insurance inquiries, while troubleshooting platform specific issues within our therapy systems. By proactively managing these details and bridging any process gaps, I eliminate administrative friction and keep our systems running smoothly.

My goal is to remove any hurdles and provide you and our clinical team with the peace of mind that everything is taken care of, allowing our clinicians to stay fully present for your needs. I am dedicated to making sure your experience with us is as stress-free as possible.
