Succeeding with ADHD - Module 1: Executive Functioning
This 8-week group offers a supportive and skill-building space for adults (18+) navigating the day-to-day challenges of ADHD, including difficulties with focus, time management, task initiation, and follow-through.
Through a blend of psychoeducation, practical strategies, and group processing, participants will explore how ADHD shows up in their daily lives and learn evidence-based techniques to improve attention, reduce overwhelm, and build sustainable habits. Weekly 60-minute sessions focus on strengthening executive functioning through topics like environment and routine design, time blindness and procrastination, task initiation and motivation, distraction management, and working memory.
By learning and processing in community, members gain tools, insight, and confidence to better manage their ADHD and create systems that actually work for them.
