I am an MHC-Intern, practicing in New York State. I provide services both in-person and via telehealth and am dedicated to empowering individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, emotional disturbances, and family issues. I also provide support in building self-worth, cultivating confidence, and improving boundary-setting and coping skills.
