I am Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PHM-C), and I have a particular interest and training in supporting individuals struggling with challenges related to perinatal mental health.

I am a LMHC, practicing in New York and Florida. I am a native Portuguese speaker, and am fluent in conducting sessions in English as well. I have extensive experience counseling individuals experiencing trauma (including sexual), grief/loss, PTSD, OCD, anxiety, as well as personality and mood disorders, including depression, among other issues.
