I am passionate about working with young to middle aged adults experiencing anxiety, depression, boundary setting difficulties, microaggressions in the workplace, behavioral issues, perinatal mental health, and family trauma. I am also a spiritually-informed therapist and can help clients explore their spiritual beliefs, values and experiences.
Hollin Hanau, MHC-LP
I am a MHC-LP, practicing in New York State. I most often work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, challenging family dynamics, and childhood trauma. My approach is also rooted in client-centered therapy, which means that my clients are at the heart of the therapeutic process. I am EFIT (emotion-focused individual therapy) trained and I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to foster healing and growth.
