I am a MHC-LP, practicing in New York State. I most often work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, challenging family dynamics, and childhood trauma. My approach is also rooted in client-centered therapy, which means that my clients are at the heart of the therapeutic process. I am EFIT (emotion-focused individual therapy) trained and I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to foster healing and growth.

I am fluent in Russian and Romanian and I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, stress, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, and parenting-related stress.

I am a LMSW, practicing in New Jersey and Florida. I work with individuals, couples, and families utliizing modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy. I aim to empower my clients to make their own thoughtful choices.
