I am a Licensed Psychologist practicing New York, Florida, Kansas, and Vermont. I have over a decade of clinical experience, and specialize in working individually with young adults to older adults experiencing depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, panic, ADHD, and life transitions, such as aging. With a versatile approach drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, and neuropsychology, I create a nonjudgmental, empathic space to meet clients where they are in life.

I am a Ph.D candidate, completing my doctoral fellowship. My approach is one of compassionate and collaborative care and draws from a psychodynamic lens. I help my clients look beneath the surface to uncover the underlying patterns that shape how they move through the world and relate to others. I also offer diagnostic evaluations and psychological testing for ADHD, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), personality disorders, anxiety, and more.
