I am a LMSW, practicing in New York State. I practice individual and couples therapy therapy utilizing modalities such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy. I aim to empower my clients to make their own thoughtful choices.
