As a member of the Back Office Team at Only-Connect, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, efficient support that helps ensure a positive experience for every client we serve. My role includes assisting with client onboarding, scheduling appointments, coordinating insurance and billing information, and supporting our clinical team behind the scenes.
I understand that reaching out for counseling services can be an important and sometimes difficult first step. That's why I strive to create a welcoming experience through clear communication, prompt assistance, and personalized support. Our team works around the clock to be there for our clients, and I'm personally online during the early mornings and late evenings to answer your questions and keep things moving smoothly for you. My goal is to help make the scheduling and intake process as smooth and stress-free as possible so clients can focus on their mental health and well-being.
