Current Group Offerings
DBT Emotional Regulation Skills
A structured, supportive DBT group for adults looking to better manage intense emotions, reduce reactivity, and improve relationships. Participants will learn practical coping tools for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and navigating challenging thoughts, urges, and interpersonal stressors.
Facilitators: Kaylin Padovano, LMSW & Mariah Matarazzo, LMHC
Eligibility: Adults located in NY, FL, VT, and NJ
Cost: $50 per session without insurance
Encounter Group: An Experiential Couples Therapy Group
This experiential couples therapy group is designed for couples struggling with high-conflict cycles, poor communication, blame and scorekeeping, emotional disconnection, and difficulty rebuilding trust or intimacy. Partners will learn how to move beyond reactive patterns, improve communication, strengthen intimacy, & reconnect.
Location: Virtual, for clients in NY, FL, VT, NJ, and KS

Cost: $50 per session without insurance
Module 1: Self Regulation & Emotional Attunement
A supportive 8-week group for adults with ADHD exploring the emotional side of ADHD, including rejection sensitivity, overwhelm, shame, and relationship challenges. Participants will build tools for emotional regulation, self-compassion, communication, and navigating intense emotions in a supportive group environment.
Location: Virtual, for adults (18+) located in NY, NJ, and FL

Succeeding with ADHD: A Group Therapy Series
Module 2: Executive Functioning Skills & Process Group
A supportive 8-week group for adults with ADHD looking to strengthen focus, organization, time management, and follow-through. Participants will learn practical tools for reducing overwhelm, building sustainable routines, improving motivation, and creating systems that better support daily life.
Location: Virtual, for adults (18+) located in NY, NJ, and FL

Step 1: Find a group that feels like the right fit for you, from our offerings above.
Step 2: Schedule an introduction call via the QR code or booking button. Learn more about the group and share why you are interested in joining!
Step 3: Meet for an Individual Intake with Group Facilitator. This is your chance to share more about your history with facilitators in a 1 on 1 setting.
Step 4: Attend your first group session! Nervousness, anxiety, and excitement are all normal to experience - we welcome you as you are!

Groups typically meet weekly and last 50-60 minutes each. Each session is facilitated by two mental health professionals who help to guide discussions, encourage participation and sets the overall tone for the group.
Prior to joining the group, new participants will have to complete an introductory call and intake to discuss their goals and needs for the group.

Yes. All participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all group members. All members agree to respect the privacy of fellow group members and not share personal information discussed. Additionally, facilitators are bound to professional confidentiality to help create a safe, and respectful environment.

Yes. Many people participate in both group therapy and individual therapy at the same time. Individual therapy provides personalized support tailored to a person's specific needs, while group therapy can complement this by offering peer support, shared experiences, and opportunities to connect with others.
