Hi I am Cantres and I'm glad you're here. My approach to therapy is collaborative, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and neuroscience-informed principles.
In session, we'll explore how the brain, emotions, and behavior interact to guide us toward what matters most to you. Meaningful change begins with understanding the wiring beneath your symptoms, the patterns of thinking, behavior, and brain processes that can keep you feeling stuck. Once we understand how those patterns developed, we can begin rewiring them, one deliberate shift at a time.
I work closely with individuals navigating anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, and related concerns, including the emotional and psychological toll of co-occurring conditions. Together, we'll draw on your existing strengths so you can respond to life's challenges from a place of choice.
