I am a Ph.D candidate, completing my doctoral fellowship in NY. I work most often with individuals, virtually and in-person, navigating anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, and more. My approach to therapy is collaborative, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and neuroscience-informed principles. Meaningful change begins with understanding the wiring beneath your symptoms, the patterns of thinking, behavior, and brain processes that can keep you feeling stuck; Once we understand how those patterns developed, we can begin rewiring them, one deliberate shift at a time.
