I specialize in working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and OCD. In addition to offering individual therapy, I am trained in working with couples from an IFS lens, particularly working with couples navigating the complexities of infertility and pregnancy loss as well as couples in crisis and conflict.
My work focuses heavily on relational trauma, self-esteem challenges, and the impact that attachment injuries in childhood have on the way we understand ourselves and the world around us that can sometimes hold us back from developing and nurturing healthy, boundaried relationships in the present.

Our sessions balance meaningful exploration with practical, real-time tools, drawing from relational resilience and Internal Family Systems to explore and understand the different parts of your internal world that can influence the types and dynamics of relationships you seek out.
