I am a LMSW, practicing in New York State. I practice individual therapy, as well as couples therapy utilizing modalities such as IFS, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, and racial and gender identities. I also work with the deaf/hearing impaired and LGBTQ+ communities, and am fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and French.
