I am a Mental Health Counseling Intern dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care while working under clinical supervision. My approach to counseling is warm, empathetic, trauma-informed, and client-centered. I am fluent in Russian and Romanian and I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, stress, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, relationship difficulties, and parenting-related stress.
