I am a LMHC, practicing in New York nad Florida. I have more than 15 years of experience in counseling and am also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I work with a variety of client populations but specialize with BIPOC clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem issues, anger management issues, grief/bereavement, trauma, family conflict and strained relationships with parents. I am a MHC-LP, practicing in New York State. I most often work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, challenging family dynamics, and childhood trauma. My approach is also rooted in client-centered therapy, which means that my clients are at the heart of the therapeutic process. I am a LMHC practicing in Florida and Utah. I am also a Certified Master Hypnotherapist and Certified Christian Counselor, working with couples and individuals. I have worked with individuals with trauma, thought disorders, depression and anxiety as well as personal growth and insight seeking individuals. I am also trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and trained to provide Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
