About
I work with adults and couples, helping them navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach, helping clients identify the tools they already have while exploring new skills to support meaningful change. I often incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to build practical coping strategies and emotional resilience.
I approach each session with curiosity and care, meeting clients where they are and creating a space where they feel heard and supported. My style is integrative and client-centered, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities including Psychodynamic Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Humanistic approaches.
From a young age, I knew I wanted to help people through talk therapy. Creating a warm, safe, and non-judgmental environment is at the core of my work. I support clients facing anxiety, depression, family or relational issues, low self-esteem, social anxiety, and stress management.
Clients can expect a consistent, compassionate space where they feel empowered to grow and confident in applying the skills they’ve developed in therapy to thrive in their daily lives.
