Stephanie A. Lee, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist with more than 15 years of experience helping families through individual, group and family services in NY, NJ, CT and Maryland. Dr. Lee is warm and effective with a strong foundation in evidenced based behavioral and cognitive behavioral treatments (CBT) for both internalizing and externalizing concerns. She is a seasoned therapist specializing in ADHD, anxiety, autism and related behavioral issues.

I am a LCSW, practicing in New York, Florida, and New Jersey. I have experience working with adults of all ages, specializing in couples, individuals, and group therapy. My practice focuses primarily on clients with anxiety, depression, and PTSD, with a particular emphasis on familial and relationship trauma. I also work with those struggling with gender and identity issues and exploring sexuality.

Rachel Soll, MHC-LP
I am a MHC-LP in New York State, specialized in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, or neurodivergence (ADHD/Autism). I am particularly passionate about working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My approach is grounded in existential therapy, with integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused (SFBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Tanya Yajnik, MHC-Intern
I am a Mental Health Counseling Intern practicing in-person, and via telehealth, in NY. I work with individuals, couples, and families. My therapeutic style is holistic and integrates several evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Feminist Therapy. I find myself drawn to working with women of color who struggle with complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD) or complex trauma. In the past, many of my clients have been identified as highly sensitive (HSP) or neurodivergent.
