I am trained in Family Systems Therapy and specialize in working with those who are struggling with family of origin boundaries, major life transitions and relationship difficulties as well as anxiety, developing a relationship with a life partner and identity issues. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker in Florida. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, grief and bereavement, and peri-mental health concerns. My therapeutic approach integrates CBT, DBT, IFS, somatic practices, mindfulness, and strength-based therapy. I place a strong emphasis on emotional awareness and regulation helping clients identify internal thoughts and feelings, stay present in the moment, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges.
