I am trained in Family Systems Therapy and specialize in working with those who are struggling with family of origin boundaries, major life transitions and relationship difficulties as well as anxiety, developing a relationship with a life partner and identity issues. I am also passionate about working within perinatal mental health, helping those who may be experiencing anxiety, depression and psychosis related to the perinatal experience and overall supporting women throughout the journey of pregnancy and giving birth.
