Sanford Landa, LCSW
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York and Florida working with both individual and emotion-focused couples therapy. I typically work with those experiencing depression, anxiety, emotion dysregulation, relationship issues, addiction, OCD, ADHD, life transitions and personality disorders. I also work with clients experiencing complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD) or complex trauma, utilizing attachment-based therapy. I aim to help these clients move forward to live a fulfilling life while recognizing and processing the repeated trauma that they have experienced.
