Dr. Peryl Agishtein, Ph.D
I am a Clinical Psychologist and Neuropsychologist practicing in New York and Florida. I bring years of research on human attachment as well as formal training in the most evidence-based couples therapy system, Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). I use years of training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients gain insight into, and control over, negative emotions. I also have experience working with OCD, using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy.

I am a LCSW, practicing in New York and Florida, working with both individuals and couples. I typically work with those experiencing depression, anxiety, emotion dysregulation, relationship issues, addiction, OCD, ADHD, life transitions and personality disorders. I also work with clients experiencing complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD) or complex trauma, utilizing attachment-based therapy. I utilize emotion-focused therapy in my work with couples.
Kaylin Padovano, LMSW
I am a LMSW, practicing in New York and New Jersey. My practice focuses primarily on adults struggling with anxiety, depression and PTSD with a specialty in working with survivors of interpersonal violence and identity-based trauma. I use modalities including CBT, mindfulness, client-centered therapy and body-based approaches. I aim to help people overcome trauma, loss, and other emotional challenges by tapping into their innate resilience and healing abilities.
Hollin Hanau, MHC-LP
I am a MHC-LP, practicing in New York State. I most often work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, challenging family dynamics, and childhood trauma. My approach is also rooted in client-centered therapy, which means that my clients are at the heart of the therapeutic process. I am EFIT (emotion-focused individual therapy) trained and I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to foster healing and growth.
Tanya Yajnik, MHC-Intern
I am a Mental Health Counseling Intern practicing in-person, and via telehealth, in NY. I work with individuals, couples, and families. My therapeutic style is holistic and integrates several evidence-based modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Feminist Therapy. I find myself drawn to working with women of color who struggle with complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD) or complex trauma. In the past, many of my clients have been identified as highly sensitive (HSP) or neurodivergent.
