I bring years of research on human attachment as well as formal training in the most evidence-based couples therapy system, Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). I use years of training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients gain insight into, and control over, negative emotions. I also have experience working with OCD, using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Therapy.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York and Florida working with both individual and emotion-focused couples therapy. I typically work with those experiencing depression, anxiety, emotion dysregulation, relationship issues, addiction, OCD, ADHD, life transitions and personality disorders. I also work with clients experiencing complex post-traumatic stress disorder (C-PTSD) or complex trauma, utilizing attachment-based therapy. I aim to help these clients move forward to live a fulfilling life while recognizing and processing the repeated trauma that they have experienced.
Lyudmila Gonik, LCSW
I provide services in-person and virtually in New York and virtually in Florida and Vermont. I typically work with those who suffer from mood disorders, including depression and bipolar II, anxiety, relationship issues, chronic illness, life-transition stressors and difficulties coping with work and school. Additionally, I specialize in working with individuals age 65 years or older, and use my own immigrant experience as a tool for understanding my clients and am passionate about helping those struggling with acculturation.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in New York and Florida providing individual, couples, and family therapy for many years. I have experience in helping with communication, conflict resolution, rebuilding trust, working through betrayal/infidelity, and generally coaching clients through developing effective coping skills. I am also an AASECT certified sex therapist with extensive experience in supporting individuals and couples through intimacy and sex related concerns, compulsive sexual behaviors, porn addiction, sex addiction, erectile dysfunction, vaginismus, sexual trauma etc.
Rivkah Adison, LMFT
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-LP in New York State. I have experience working with couples and individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic violence, substance use and supporting those affected by loved ones with substance abuse. Using Gottman principles and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), I work with the couple to unravel the lingering resentments that have been weighing the couple down and build a more resilient partnership.
Mark Naghsh, LMSW
I am a Licensed Master’s of Social Work, dually licensed in NY and NJ, and I specialize in individual and couples therapy. My areas of focus include: anger management, relationship conflicts, men’s mental health, challenging family dynamics, self-esteem issues, ADHD, OCD and trauma. Although my therapy style is integrative, I draw heavily from CBT, Motivational Interviewing and Gestalt therapy.
Rachel Brown, LMSW
I am a Licensed Social Worker, working with individuals in NYS to help them understand themselves in the broader context of their background and lived experience. I am trained in Family Systems Therapy and specialize in working with those who are struggling with family of origin boundaries, major life transitions and relationship difficulties as well as anxiety, developing a relationship with a life partner and identity issues. I am also passionate about working within perinatal mental health, helping those who may be experiencing anxiety, depression and psychosis related to the perinatal experience and overall supporting women throughout the journey of pregnancy and giving birth.
Lamar Johnson, MFT-LP
I am Lamar Johnson, Marriage and Family Therapist-LP, providing care for those in NY state. I practice individual and couples therapy and find myself drawn to working with the youth and older adult population, A.A., populations of West Indian, and those within the LGBTQIA+ community.
