Additionally, I specialize in working with individuals age 65 years or older, and use my own immigrant experience as a tool for understanding my clients and am passionate about helping those struggling with acculturation.

I am Julia Mackey, LMHC, providing virtual services in New York and Florida. With experience working with individuals and families going through life transitions, addiction, women’s health/family planning, PTSD, and special needs, I have had the honor of working with various life paths. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in New York and Florida providing individual, couples, and family therapy for many years. I have experience in helping with communication, conflict resolution, rebuilding trust, working through betrayal/infidelity, and generally coaching clients through developing effective coping skills. I am also an AASECT certified sex therapist with extensive experience in supporting individuals and couples through intimacy and sex related concerns, compulsive sexual behaviors, porn addiction, sex addiction, erectile dysfunction, vaginismus, sexual trauma etc.
Mark Naghsh, LMSW
I am a Licensed Master’s of Social Work, dually licensed in NY and NJ, and I specialize in individual and couples therapy. My areas of focus include: anger management, relationship conflicts, men’s mental health, challenging family dynamics, self-esteem issues, ADHD, OCD and trauma. Although my therapy style is integrative, I draw heavily from CBT, Motivational Interviewing and Gestalt therapy.
Nivin Hamada, MHC-LP
My name is Nivin Hamada and I currently hold an LP in Mental Health Counseling and an additional certification in Trauma-Focused Therapy. My main area of focus is working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, mood regulation, ADHD, anger management, family issues, maternal mental health, panic disorder, PTSD, and self-esteem issues. Within couples therapy, I work with clients to understand the dynamics of what it means to be committed to someone with each person needing to be validated and understood.
Juli Kearney, MFT-Intern
I am a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern working both in person and via tele-health with individuals, couples, and families, throughout New York State. My interests lie in working with couples and families, as well as individuals within the context of the family system. I provide treatment to those experiencing anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, along with family and childhood trauma. We are all unique and complex beings with our own stories, strengths and weaknesses and my style helps model for the client self-love, kindness and acceptance.
